Please contact salon/ technician upon arrival, DO NOT come into salon until directed to do so by technician.

Avoid bringing large items, bags and clothing as space is limited.

Please NO EXTRA GUESTS and no eating in salon.

Please use the restroom prior to starting services.

Clients more than 15 mins late will be asked to reschedule appointment and are subject to a 50% fee of service that will be credited towards the rescheduled appointment if booked within 7 days.

We request 24 hours to reschedule or cancel appointments, canceling within 24 hours will result in a 50% fee of service that may be credited towards your next appointment is booked within 7 days.

No call/ No Shows may be asked to make a 50% deposit prior to booking any new appointments.

Credit card information is required to book services but will not be charged until after services are completed. We accept cash, zelle, venmo, all major credit and debit cards.
